Which services do you offer?

If you’re unsure which level of editing you require, CONTACT me or send me a sample of your work to review. 

I'm a student. Can you proofread my work?

Yes, I can proofread your work. However, you are responsible for confirming that the academic guidelines permit this for your course of study. Click on my STUDENTS page for more information.

I need my work to stay confidential. Will this be the case with you?

Yes. I will handle your work with total confidentiality. I will not disclose your documents to anyone. Confidentiality and trust are essential in the publishing industry, and I will never disclose your work to a third party without your consent. I maintain rigorous standards of confidentiality with client documents and information, and a non-disclosure agreement is available on request.

Which file formats do you accept?

I work with Word and PDF files. I do not work with paper files to be more ecologically friendly (save trees and reduce the carbon footprint).

What are your turnaround times?

It depends on the level of editing you require. When you book my services in advance, the more notice you can give me, the sooner the turnaround of your work. Then it’s easier for me to meet your deadlines.

How much will it cost?

My rates depend on your individual requirements. We’ll discuss your specifications and the corresponding editing level appropriate for each of your projects. Then once your project details are confirmed, I’ll provide you with a customised quote. CONTACT me with the details to set the process in motion.

What are your payment terms?

For established/regular clients: Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice. 

For new clients: (1) A non-refundable booking charge and deposit of 50% of the fee. (2) Following completion of the work, payment of the balance of the invoice. Then the documents are returned.
